Whether it’s a history album (grandparents and great grandparents) or masculine/fathers or current family members- it’s an AWESOME conversation starter!! What's up?? Are you ready for an AWESOME atc swap?? Well, Let's Go!!
This months theme (as you have already guessed it) is 'Rep Yo State'. Representing your state can mean where you were born, raised or live. Whichever is closest to your heart. Take what you remember most about your state (i'm sure there is a story behind it) and create that onto an atc.
Every one will be divided into groups(BELOW)and will be swaping them with others from another state. It will be interesting to see the different states represented!
There is no challenge- other than to have something on your ATC that in some way represents where you are from. Easy, huh?
As an example, Im from MN..every one know that we have TONS of snow. So my ATC may reflect that.
Here are the SPECS:
The ATC's are due to me NO LATER THAN June 23rd. You should have rec'vd and email from me with postal and group information listed.
* Make an ATC the size of 3.5 x 2.5.
*Back your atc with some chipboard or extra layers of cardstock to make it sturdy.
*Send your ATC's protected in some form of plastic to prevent water damage.
*POSTAGE INFORMATION**
Please send your ATC's with a SASE with $4 (cash or postage). If you want priority or delivery confirmation - please send the necessary amounts along with that.

Hello Ladies!!
It's time for another swap!! Yay!! This is going to be another fun one! We will be swapping an ATC!! The theme for this swap will be Women Empowerment! Let's try to send encouraging words -in the form of art- to our fellow SCRAPPY WOMEN!! Artist Trading Cards (ATC) are about the size of a regular deck of playing cards. The ATC card is backed with chipboard and covered in paper (patterened/or solid).
The rules are simple:
1} Must be the size of an ATC {2 3/4 x 3 1/5 or playing card size}
2} Must follow the theme of Women Empowerment
3} Must have at least ONE 3d element on it
4} Must have your information on the back of the ATC
Once the groups have been established - you will begin to make your ATC's. Usually you will make 5 or 6 of them.
The swap will close on Feb. 13th. The ATC's are due back to me by March 14th! Please make sure that if you can't finish them - let me know ASAP!!

It's is time for another fun swap! In light of the New Year - I wanted to do something different. Tags are great - but this time we are swapping...MINI ALBUMS!! Now don't get all intimidated on me, lol! This mini album is SUPER EASY and SUPER FUN!

THE KICKER: Since the majority of us made resolutions to use our scraps - I thought this would be a great solution. We can ONLY use G45 paper for making the mini album AND the tag inserts!! So bring out your stash and get to scrappin'! Use whatever you want on the chipboard covers to decorate (it still has to look nice, lol!).
THE BASICS: You have to make 5 mini albums using G45 paper - you can make them all different or all the same if you have a lot of the same paper. You can mix and match between paper collections. (of course you'll want to make sure it coordinates) You just need to MAKE AND SEND 5 MINI ALBUMS. You in turn, will receive 5 mini albums back from 5 different people. Isn't this a cool way to use up all your "scraps"? I am super excited to do this swap!
MORE BASICS: PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT HERE IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDY. This is the only place I'm looking for the players. I will arrange groups according to sign ups - 5 people per group. Each person in the group will each do 5 G45 mini's. I will pick one mini from each person in another group to send back to you. Yay! Welcome to another month of tag swapping!! I am super excited - can you tell?? Let me just say this, in light of the Halloween season I was going to do a Halloween theme. I decided against it - since everybody else was doing it. So this month's theme will be.....
VINTAGE LOVE/ROMANCE - OPTIONAL CHALLANGE IS TO USE GLIMMER MIST!!
This would be the chance to break out the vintage images, flowers, bling, and all the "valentine" themed stuff. This swap may seem a bit MAY/DECEMBER ..but for some reason the fall reminds me of love. The fresh breeze, the beautiful autumn leaves and the sounds of fall just do that.
Anyway, enough blabbing aboout it - LET'S GET TO IT!! Your tag must include a vintage image - whether it's printed, pasted, hanging or whatever - it just must be incorporated in the tag somehow. If you are participating in the optional challenge - use glimmer mist (or another brand)on the front, the back, on your image or even on your blog info - just use it somewhere. Cool?

August / September Tag Swap **Closed**
We're back at it ladies! Another month of tag making! I know that we are all super excited!
This month's tag swap theme will be BUTTERFLIES AND BLING!! How exciting it that? You can use a butterfly punch, stamp, charm, patterned paper, embellishment, felt, draw or write it..Whatever you choose. So many options!! We all know about the bling! (every girl does)
The OPTIONAL challenge is to make your "tag" a different shape. This still must meet the size reqirements - but can be any shape. Be creative. This is only an option - not a requirement. You can just do the butterfly and bling and still be right on target.
So ladies that's it! I hope that you join me in 'playing with paper'!!
*Sign ups are open until August 20th or when all the spots are filled (whichever is first)
*The swap officially runs from August 21th - September 21st
*Tags must be shipped back to me by September 21st - I will have them back to you shortly after
*Email me with your interest in joining the swap - I will confirm your spot via email the address is scrapdaworld@yahoo.com
*Once confirmed - I will follow up with the group list and number of tags you will have to make (no more than 8 per group)
*Tag shape is standard unless you're participating in the optional challenge
*Tag size must at least be standard size 4 3/4 " x 2 3/8 "
*Make all of the tags as identical as possible
*Tags must include BUTTERFLIES AND BLING
*Include your blog/url on the back of your creations - so we can identify whose work it is
*Please back your work with heavy/sturdy cardstock or chipboard
MAILING INSTRUCTIONS:
*Send your work in a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope) with a minimum of $3 in postage or the amount it took to mail yours (whichever is greater). Unused postage will be returned to you. I am finding that if you shippedd a lighter tag and received heavier ones, I am having to pay all the balances.(which adds up)
*All packages must be in my hands no later than...September 17th.. If you are having a problem with the deadline please let me know as soon as possible. This is a commitment - others are counting on you!
*Ship your tags in a plastic bag to prevent water damage
